If applicable, we ask that you take a seperate love offering at the end of each service during the last song. We ask that you provide a check made payable to David Akin Ministry prior to the end of the event, if possible.
Honorarium *

Promotional Material *
We are anticipating joining with you in ministry. Our events are always more effective at reaching a community when the event organizer partners with us in pre-event promotion. We have worked hard to provide you with material and instructions for simple pre-event promotion located under the "Pre-Event Promotion" button on the main event link.

We want to minister to families of all ages. In order to do this, we strongly encourage childcare at least from babies to preschool during every service.

Product Table *
We will need a table provided during our setup for our products and promotional materials.
Event Set Up *
We will discuss a time for setup. Please have adequate space cleared on stage for a three piece band. (Approx measurement - 16' x 12')
Event Take Down *
Take down occurs immediately following the last service of the event. We would appreciate volunteers that would be willing to help us get our equipment down and loaded in the trailer.
